Curry devil,
Roast lamb,
Mango fish,
Chicken boxing,

Desert: fruits nd buboh chacha
For tea: Singapore mee hoon and pudding.

There will two live bands to entertain "Winds of Change" and "Amigos"

Eurasian Association celebrates 92nd jubilee - 28 December 2012

KUALA LUMPUR: Despite the fate of their clubhouse in Pudu hanging in the balance, members of the Selangor and Federal Territory Eurasian Association (Saftea) celebrated its 92nd anniversary recently.

Guests of the President's Ball, themed "Treasured Memories at Jalan Pudu", were in high spirits as comedians Indy Nadarajah and Allan Pereira kept them in stitches.

Bands The Winds of Change and The Blueberries provided plenty of music for the club members to enjoy and dance to.

Saftea president Sheila de Costa announced that RM100,000 has been raised for the Save The Clubhouse Fund.

She said in April, the clubhouse was served with an eviction notice by UDA Holdings Bhd to vacate the premises by June 23.

Following legal action, Saftea managed to get a stay order pending completion of court proceedings.

Present at the ball were Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and wife Datin Feona, Brazilian Embassy minister counselor Jose Soares Jr, Saftea past presidents James P. Monteiro and First Admiral (rtd) Datuk Nick Peterson, YMCA president Leo Leslie Armstrong and Catholic Lawyers Association president Joy Appukuttan.
